This heart rate monitor with Pedometer million Stride I had to take time to read the written instructions, but I found the company also has a short video on how you look at it on its website. So far I have set the time and my personal data, size, weight, stride length. So during the day try the step-function counter (The reason I bought it.) The HR monitor works well. The screen lights up late at night. I can barely read some of the most important words on the screen or the clock, even withReading glasses, but with the graphs of functions can I figure out what to do. I have not seen used in an attack yet, but I plan to use while walking. The alarm is quiet enough, I wake up. It 's always easier to use with time. I will update this review soon. The bracelet is a polymer plastic that will not last long as it seems. I think we will be happy to get years of use out of it. I read some problems people have changed the battery has lost some functionality whenit.
The pedometer works great. Measure each step. It 'was also easy to reset. Will realize total steps during the day and night, if you wish. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the function pedometer. Once you look at the function key sequences used is very simple to use. I am pleased with this purchase.
